Once the amount on a gift card has been spent, it cannot be reloaded. You can still buy a new shopping code or top up your wallet to make new purchases.

The expiry date is the date by which you can use the shopping codes or gift cards in your possession 📌 Always check the date on your voucher and make sure you use the shopping code or gift card by that date

Shopping codes are fractionable and can be used until the credit is used up and until the expiry date. To check your current credit balance, log in (or register) and go to your personal area, in the My Wallet section

Sure! You can combine the credit from two Shopping codes to then purchase gift cards from the brands available in the catalog. 📌 Check the 'Purchasable with' section on the page of the brand you have chosen.

If the code is empty, you have used up the entire available amount. You can find all your purchases in the Voucher section

If your code has already been used, check that you have not created several accounts with different e-mail addresses and that you have not already entered it there or used it with your mobile phone number
